F&B Entrepreneur - Andre WD
Andre is an all rounder from a Chef, a Baker, a Barista, a Coffee Roaster, and a Mixologist. He has trained thousands of people throughout the years and is also a F&B Entrepreneur. He has conducted workshops for De’Longhi, Amazon, Lexus, NTU, Farm House, and more.
Culinary Trainer - Chef Erika
Erika brings over 8 years of experience in the food and culinary industry and currently serves as a Business Development professional and Culinary Trainer, conducting hands-on baking and cooking workshops designed for corporate team-building and experiential learning.
Her sessions focus on practical kitchen experiences that encourage teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving in a fun and engaging environment. Erika has guided participants in preparing various local recipes such as Nasi Lemak, Chilli Paste, Tapioca Lapis, Putu Piring, cookies, and other desserts.
Known for her clear communication and engaging training style, Erika ensures every workshop is both educational and enjoyable for participants from diverse backgrounds.
Barista Trainer - Firdaus Rosli
Firdaus brings over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with extensive experience working in café operations including Starbucks in Malaysia and Singapore. He specializes in coffee preparation, barista training, and delivering high standards of customer service.
Throughout his career, Firdaus has trained junior baristas in coffee brewing techniques, café operations, and service standards, while also managing daily operations and team performance.
Passionate about coffee, he actively participates in the coffee community and has competed in regional competitions such as Aeropress and Origami Cup Malaysia. Known for his strong coaching and communication skills, Firdaus creates engaging sessions that help participants build confidence in coffee making.

This Module is about making a Chocolate Log Cake from scratch beginning with a Sponge Cake then the Meringue followed by cream and then decoration. The entire workshop will take up to 3 hours and you will be making either a Chocolate Log Cake or a Mocha Log Cake with Pandan Essence. This is a difficult dessert and baking course which requires to make a fluffly yet firm Sponge Cake
